"Rejuvenated suburb, great location and parks"

Craigie is quite an exciting suburb, west of Eddystone Ave a lot of the old, unattractive houses with unkept gardens continue to be replaced with modern homes. An influx of young families, professionals and fifo workers are moving in. Has fantastic new public primary school (Craigie Heights) and a private Catholic primary school. More and nicer parks than Padbury, and still affordable for its great location close to beach, Whitfords, Joondalup CBD and only 20km from Perth CBD.

"Unique, great location, friendly locals"

A unique coastal suburb boasting a great community primary school, kindy, North Shore Community Hub/Tennis Club, North Shore to the West of Dampier ave is full of award winning large homes developed in the 80s and 90s, while "old Kallaroo" has been undergoing a lot of gentrification and is still somewhat affordable. West of Dampier has more retirees, more young families East of Dampier. People who move to Kallaroo usually dont end up leaving!
