Terrible town has not changed in 30 years. The mall is coming apart.if it rain well it leeks. The car park is dirty. Shops open and close very quickly. The council sits by while other towns around Cowra go ahead but nothing happens here. Cowra has a friend ship festival every year which is a bit hypocritical most people here a rude to outsiders and if you are not related then you don't fit in. There is so much potential for a town like Cowra. But it will never go ahead.
