"Reflects the cost"
Amazing place to live, close to parks, restaurants, cafes, the city, bars, sports, everything you could think of but not overcrowded. You get what you pay for and you won't get much better than here.

Dandenong
"One of the highest crime areas of Victoria."
Look at the Australian statistics for honest opinions. God forbid a family should judge whether or not they buy here on the opinions presented. A high rate of government homes, crime, gangs, hoons. Realistically any place where you can buy at the price houses of Dandenong you will deal with this. Cheap for a reason !
