Walkways and roads are usually clean, it is a very quiet street.
Close to both Bonwick street and Major rd shops, schools, Maternal Child & Health Center, Gym, Swimming pools and Library.

Both weekends and weekdays are quiet, dogs don't bark often.


Only down falls would be the Garbage collector takes your bins for a travel down the road sometimes and the Post man leaves parcels at your door without ringing the door bell or knocking which is very bad if something is valuable.
