This property is completely us. We are in our 60's and presently own 10 acres on the Rocky River in SA house constructed in 1870 stone and pug, very traditional, circular drive, rose gardens mature native trees etc. Lots of shedding and a workshop. We also own a commercial building in the centre of Laura where we operate a newsagency and an electrical shop. Looking to retire without sacrificing tranquility.
