The Blvd

"Feels as peaceful as the country with the urban world on your doorstep"

It's a slightly windy street, but afronts generous views of Malvern Valley Golf Course all along it. It makes you feel like you're on holiday but a very short walk away are the shops, restaurants, parks, walking/bike tracks and the hustle bustle of those making their way along Warrigal Road. Some modern gems sit amongst older houses of the 1970's and 80's and most importantly limited development of units ensure that it continues to be principally a house area. Location is second to none, plenty of greenery along the street and public transport available without even having to go to the main road. Another important aspect is the traffic lights at the Warrigal Rd side of The Blvd. This ensures you're not waiting an age to turn into or out of the street, unlike numerous other streets that spill onto Warrigal Rd!
