Saint Phillip Street

"A foodies delight"

Mainly terraces but some new apartment blocks being built. Park at the end of the street and walking distance to several others including Princes Park. Heaps of shops and eateries nearby on Lygon, Nicholson and Rathdowne street which means it can sometimes be a little busy especially on a Friday/Saturday night. Close to Barkly square where you will find everything that you need.

Norman St

"Close to everything"

Friendly people, several parks nearby, close to the city, south bank and kangaroo point but still quiet so there's little noise at night. Fresh produce markets within walking distance away along with a Coles. Bus stop at the end of the street that goes to the city and valley and via the busway so there's no traffic. Several pubs and new restaurants opening. Looking forward to what is going to happen with the landcare re-development next to the famous Gabba.
