Nicolle Dr
"home is where the heart is"
we lived on nicolle drive for five years between the ages of 21 and 26. yes, this is a low socioeconomic area and there are challenges that might be expected as such - but by and large it was a lovely place to live. the neighbours were friendly , the IGA is a short walk away and the beach is a five minute drive down the road. would i walk around at night? no. would i say you can buy a nice house there and keep to yourselves and be content? yes. we never had any issues with crime or anything - sometimes people would argue loudly but nothing major. as somebody who’s lived in new developments for $200k+ more in nearby ‘nicer’ woodcroft, where people aren’t friendly and it all feels a bit cold - i’d take nicolle drive any day.
