Noble Park

"Gentrification....Here we come!!!"

Noble Park has been changing slowly over the past 10-15 years. Old houses are being knocked down in exchange for new Townhouses, units and large houses. The main strip has had a makeover and the council has more plan to gentrify the area. Noble park is also set for a massive change to the 3 main station crossings on Corrigan Road, Heatherton Road and Chandler Road. Such changes will not only ease traffic congestion but will also give the environment a much needed facelift.

Noble Park has always been a great investment oportunity offering good capital growth and exceptional rental yield. I truly believe this suburb will soon take off following the significant price growth in neighboring suburbs such as Mulgrave and Springvale. Noble Park just like any other suburb has its share of Trouble Makers but the news of the past is no reflection of the suburb today!

Great for

  • Plenty of markets within short distance.
  • Surrounded by larger city services of Springvale,Dandenong & Keysborough.
  • Train Service, frequent as 2 lines go through.
  • Great facilities, aquatic centre, parks, sports ovals
  • Authentic take away food. indian, chinese etc

Not great for

  • Still a low income area, but many signs of change.
  • Knockdown houses will phase out slowly as builders are moving in

Springvale South

"Small quiet suburb a stone throw away from everything"

Springvale south sits in a quiet pocket between Springvale, Keysborough and Noble Park. With plenty of shopping facilities, schools and other amenities close by, it makes this suburb a great place to live. Being close to the monash freeway, It takes on average 35 minutes to get to the CBD or 21 minutes by express train. Great place to both live or Invest as rental yield is high and Capital growth is above average.
