Keep pinching ourselves that we were lucky enough to find a great spot in this perfect little street. Many houses have direct access to a beautiful park that surrounds much of the street and flows down to the beach. So quiet - cant hear a peep from hale or west coast highway, just the sound of the waves crashing when the sea breeze is in. Amazing views from every house on this little piece of heaven and beach a 5 min stroll away.
A lot of recent and current builds are adding to the already impressive value of the street. Great spot for families or retirement.
