"Great place to start"
Bought a free standing house 14ks from the city. Plenty of shopping, restaurants and the Uni nearby.
Put up cameras the second week after moving in. The less desirables don’t bother coming past now. Neighbours are supportive and friendly. I can’t afford nearer in yet, pretty happy so far.
