I'm so glad I bought a house in this area. I never knew how nice this place was until I made a friend that lived around here. Just driving around you can appreciate the pretty houses and their lovely gardens. I pretty much have met all of the neighbors within sight of my house and all of them are super friendly and nice. It's the kinda area where if you waved at someone they'll wave back, neighbors will gather in front of each others homes and chat. I go for runs now and then and people will say hi as I pass. There are a few small hiking trails further up the hill with a lookout with great views. For shopping I go to Elizabeth shopping centre with a fast changing environment with heaps of really good development happening. This area for sure is a great place to live or invest.
