"Coles Kedron dirtiest car park in Australia"

Living in Kedron for the past four years has been a mixed bag. On one hand, the area offers excellent connectivity to Chermside, Brisbane CBD, and the airport, making it a convenient choice for many. However, there are a few quirks that might make you raise an eyebrow.
Firstly, the Coles car park has been a persistent concern. For the past three to four years, it has been plagued by litter, earning it the dubious distinction of being one of the filthiest car parks in Australia. It seems that some patrons of nearby fast-food outlets like KFC and Hungry Jack's have made it a habit to enjoy their meals on the go and then discard their trash on the car park floor.
On a more social note, some residents might find that integrating into the community can be a bit challenging, particularly if you're a migrant. Unfortunately, not everyone is as welcoming as one might hope.
For those living near Gympie Road, be prepared for the constant hum of traffic noise 24/7. It's a small price to pay for the convenience, but it's worth noting that Brisbane City Council's zoning policies allow businesses to operate close to residential areas, which can sometimes lead to noise issues.
Lastly, if you reside near The Avenues, you might notice a peculiar local custom: residents often prefer to park their cars on the street rather than in their garages. It's a quirk that adds a bit of character to the neighborhood, but it might also leave you wondering about the logic behind it.
Despite these eccentricities, Kedron remains a popular choice for many due to its strategic location and amenities. Just remember to pack your sense of humor and a pair of earplugs if you decide to call it home!
