Living on Wilcock Ave in Balcatta was a great experience, we always felt safe and close to everything we needed. There are two very close smaller shopping centres for groceries, and it’s only a short drive to the city or beach (under 15 minutes to arrive at either).

It’s also only 10 minutes away from the new Karrinyup shops and precinct which has a range of awesome restaurants and shops.

We experienced a very friendly neighbourhood, and neighbours.
