Lovely environment, low density, great schools, high quality neighbourhood,
safe and quiet, great for professional and family
lots of parks for children
Convenient for daily living needs with shops, high quality medical facilities, banks, gyms, etc.
Not many entertainment places which is GREAT! This means the risks of late night noise or destructive behaviours are low.

Areas to improve:
Do NOT have any more subdivision for "modern" house, townhouse or flat development. They are damaging the environment and culture of Ashgrove.
It would be better if there are a bit more good quality restaurants.
