Moved into area 5yrs ago - best decision I have made. Most underrated suburb 5 kms from Perth CBD. Bus service always available, cheap Uber to city | Optus stadium ride your bike| walk along swan river. Vic park or Belmont short drive for shopping . Friendly neighbourhood with plenty of dog parks and great takeaways. We have had zero crime issues as with any suburb you look out for problems and report . Belmont city council are 10/10 for community support. Home west homes in area have been sold to young couples who have renovated and now are the future of this community.
