Mullumbimby

"The biggest little town in Australia..."

I've lived and worked in Mullumbimby for 15 years, raised 4 children here and made the best friends one could ask for. Cobbers long day care school is the best that I have experienced, as is Mullum Primary school. The high school has recently been enlarged and offers an excellent choice of electives. We even have our own circus school. There is a plethora of after school activities and all of these things are walking distance from one another. 2 minutes drive out of town and there is an excellent Steiner school. The population is so diverse that no one feels like they're part of a minority. It's possible and quite common to hear people speaking Hebrew, German, French and more within the one cafe. And how we love our cafes. The laneways of Melbourne have got nothing on Mullumbimby. The shopping is as good as it gets and there is no need to leave Mullum for anything you could possibly need. We have more masseurs per head of population than anywhere else in Australia, 3 herbal dispensaries, 3 medical centres and 2 day spas. Woolworths will not change our town!
