We love Wayville. So close to the CBD, Parklands and public transport. A quick single stop train ride to North Terrace for all the Education, Health and Entertainment you could ever desire.

We love how close we are to the businesses along Greenhill Road but how quiet our street is in the evening and on weekends. The farmers market at the Showground is fabulous and a quick bike ride gets you into the Mall in no time.

Lots of sporting clubs, shops and services dotted throughout the suburb too. We wouldn't live anywhere else for quids.

Rose Tce is so close to the CBD but feels a world away up our Western end. Being a no through road it's super quiet at night time and on weekends, apart from show time but that's a great time to live so close to all the excitement anyway.

It's quick to grab a train from the station at the end of the street or only a couple of minutes by bike to the CBD. Also really easy access to all the Greenhill Rd businesses for work.
