Small town, very quite, nice people and a lovely old hotel with friendly service. Best thing is its only 30 mins to main town of Inverell, school bus stops right outside the hotel in Graman and also further down the road so children can either go to Inverell schools or Ashford. The road to Inverell is a well maintained sealed road all the way. It has been a nice peaceful life here and could not be happier. If you don't want to live in a big town but don't mind driving 30 mins to work then this is an ideal area to live.
