Have had some fantastic times living at property. Nice quiet Street, with friendly neighbours. Location is fantastic with only a short (700m) walk to private Coral Cove Beach (great place to watch sunsets) and Fishermans Beach & Lilo Cafe (1.3km). Bus Stops (784) short walk to end of street, to take you into Mornington or all the way to Frankston. Easy (750m) walk to Wilson's Rd shops (Cafe, Bakery, Pizza, Fish&Chips, Mexican Tacos, Roast Kitchen, Milkbar, Bottleshop, Wilson's Wine Cellar & Tapas Bar). Close enough to Main St Mornington (1.8km - 4min drive) with all the great restaurants on offer, but out of the way during busy times.
