Obviously the previous reviewer does not live on The Esplanade. We have a fantastic mix of retirees and newer young families. Within 2 weeks of moving onto The Esplanade we knew all of our neighbour's names and had already had dinner with some.
The location is quiet with out the noise of neighbouring streets and is well insulated from the world. Southgate Shopping centre is within walking distance of the Nth End.
Lots of med-large homes on unusually large properties for the Shire. The Nth end has lovely water views over the mangroves. As well as beautiful bush reserves running along the back of the homes on the east side.
