OK. Anyone buying here probably ought to consider a soil test for the levels of residual arsenic from cattle dips. The whole area up to the wynnum & creek road was a cattle saleyard for over 100 years. Probably fine but I wouldn't let the children go digging in the backyard or park too often. Looks like some of the rendered radia pine homes are starting to show exactly how long "modern" residential construction is meant to last. i.e not much longer than the 10 year building guarantee.
