I have had dealings with many owners in many areas of Pacific Pines. I have had very positive feedback from many residents. Dont listen to any bad publicity, every area has good and bad ! But in my work, I meet all types and everyone has been happy to live there. If they need to leave the area, it is for a very specific reason, not because they dont like it. I have found strong interest in house sales in the area.

Tuggeranong Avenue sits high with lovely views overlooking the neighbourhood, catches cool breezes, and has quality owner occupied homes all around. The homes are well maintained, the neighbours are very friendly, and residents are proud to live in this street.
