"Vine street"
Vine street is arguably Darlington best street, parallel to Cleveland but much more quieter smaller and prettier.

"History, heritage and location"
Darlington is one of Australia's smallest and oldest suburb where beautiful old Victorian terraces line the small and cute leafy streets. In this heritage conservation zone no high rises are permitted, and you can see police on horsebacks occasionally and you imagine these roads were similar to what they were a century ago.
A safe and quiet suburb, close to all the universities and the city, with convenient public transport and Redfern station nearby it's very easy to access everything Sydney offer from Paddy's market , Sydney fish market, Chinatown to cool cafes and hip pubs.
It doesn't have the grittiness of an inner Sydney suburb, and instead is full of historical charm with streets named after plants like Vine and Ivy.
Because it's so small it is hard to buy into this suburb as not many houses are sold each year. There are very few standalone detached houses in this suburb.
Multiple small community parks, sporting facilities including swimming pools nearby.
