"Well-located family suburb"

A nice quiet, relatively affordable suburb, with good access to the rest of Sydney. Big blocks, plenty of on street parking, some homes with surprisingly good views. With the M5 and King Georges Rd on your doorstep, it is only 15 minutes from the airport, 25 to CBD, very close to trendy inner west and easy access to southern, northern and western Sydney. Good bus service and decent shopping centre, train stations of Lakemba and Beverly Hills nearby. Much nicer than nearby Wiley Park, Punchbowl and Lakemba. Nicest part of the suburb is on the Kingsgrove/ Clempton Park/ Beverly Hills side. I moved to the area 10 years ago and found it to be very neighbourly. Lots of great eating options nearby in Beverly Hills and Campsie. Getting more trendy with the inner west vibe creeping further and further out as those suburbs are becoming entirely unaffordable.
