If you want a quiet country atmosphere just 10 minutes from city life, Londonderry is the perfect place. A great community with good local schools and friendly people who aren't 'in your pocket'. Close enough to everything (about 10 minutes to Penrith PlazaWestfield /trains /Panthers club) but far enough away to have some privacy. It's a great place to raise kids with lots of fresh air & wide open spaces.We love it.
