If it's the people that make a street then Guilford Court is terrific. We are relatively new to the street - Been here about 7 years now - LOL.

It is a cul-de-sac where everyone knows everyone without being nosy. The residents are friendly and routinely say hello or wave to each other and we stop for a chat if we have time. Almost every house is owner-occupied and our neighbours do a great job keeping an eye out for each other. If anyone ever came into the street with criminal intentions the chances are that they would be spotted and reported quickly.

Additionally, it is a nice looking street with extra-wide footpaths and everyone looks after their acreage properties really well so the street presentation is usually terrific. It is extremely quiet considering its very handy proximity to the Caboolture CBD and Morayfield shopping. We are very lucky!
