I've lived here for more than 5 years and still enjoy living here. It's a very quiet and low key suburb. Low density, relatively safe neighborhood and many courteous dog owners. It was really clean when I first moved in. After Covid, things change a bit and now there are certainly more litters than before, which can be annoying for people like me who priorities environmental cleanliness. But overall a very nice suburb for retirees and families with young kids. Good primary schools nearby.
