Own my second home in LV. My first was a beautiful Victorian home on a flat block with all day sun. My current residence is on a steep block with all day sun and absolutely magnificant mountain views. Can be windy from time to time, but that is climate change and occurs throughout Hobart. Close to all facilities in Hobart CBD, Moonah and Gldnorchy CBD via Barossa Road.
