Lucky for me I bought in Durack 9 months ago, and since then my property has appreciated by nearly 20%. I didnt know Durack at all, not being from Brisbane, but when I saw the place, the surrounds and proximity to shops, parks, and public transport I was amazed. I feel like it's one of those places locals would say "no way" too, but for those who give it a chance, I think it has great potential.
