Hello, everyone spells it wrong on here. The word is cliquey. It means when groups of people are not welcoming to outsiders and stick to their group. In country towns, its usually long term locals refusing to open up to newcomers. In cities (where people are generally used to newcomwers) its usually groups of people not welcoming people different to them, such as people of lower incomes, people who are not cool enough or people of different ethnicities. Long term locals in suburbs are not usually cliquey its more people who associate their suburb with something (wealth, soccer mum, hipster etc). But yeah in country towns its always locals who are like I was here first.
Christopher allard here and no your wrong I think Ur the weird one in this town no one else bit u
Could you please explain the clicky comment. Do you mean like a small country town mentality or its' not what you know but who?
