Daniela was my rental agent for many many years. That long term rental has come to an end but I feel compelled to review Daniela as she deserves a medal. She is genuine and caring but good for both the owners and the renters. The only time I had issues at this long term rental was when Daniela was away. If she is your rental agent you are very lucky. She is great at her job and will look after you. Be nice to her she is a lovely person and puts up with a lot of complaining from both sides with grace and professionalism.
