The people here are friendly and approachable. Even though it is a somewhat well-to-do area, people don't take themselves too seriously.

Living here, it has become apparent that this place is the perfect fusion of city convenience and rural serenity.

Great people, great schools, sports facilities, walking tracks that make you feel you are on a country side holiday. Conveniently located shops, but Eltham North could do with a few more restaurants but I'm sure this will come with time.

I can see myself living here for a very long time and pinch myself every day that I can call this place home.
