Meh.glad I left.
Filled with cyclists who believe the road revolves around them, the noise and roadworks from the northeast link construction will drive you mad, no cafes, nothing in the area beside families. The best thing I did was buy in the area, let it gain value, then cash out. If you want trees, parks and nosey neighbours come here.

Observation. That within a month after my response to your review, it's been revised from the initial self-absorbed narrative (indicating your lack of due-diligence about the area) to now show "meh". I hope that wherever you currently live, you are happy in that location.
