"Bonnet Bay is one of Sydneys greatest kept secrets"
Washnington Drive, Like the rest of Bonnet Bay is a suburb that if it was the same distance away from the CBD in the northern suburbs would cost double the price. Surrounded by parklands, rivers and nestled on the edge of the Royal National Park, it is truly the most beutiful area in the south of Sydney. Only 35 mins by train to the city, it represents bargain buying!!! (and I am not a real estate agent!)

Danny..you are correct in your comments on Bonnet Bay.I have previously remarked on the discrepancy in the value of home prices in Bonnet Bay.Unless you need to Don't Sell..Jan..
