"Agnes Street - Bayside Living at its Best!!"
Agnes Street accomodates all with significant prestige properties through to small lowset villas for retirees and everything in between. This makes for a superb blend of people who are house proud and loving living in the area. Stunning Waterloo Bay and wide open parks and walking tracks at one end and a medium to large shopping centre at the other. The Birkdale train station is easily accessable and only a few minutes walk for those who commute to the city for work. Truely a great location to live.
Great for
- Central location with many facilities close by
- Nice wide street with plenty of room for parking
- Plenty of friendly people proud of where they live
Not great for
- Can get a little busy but only during school hours
