We moved our family here over a year ago and could not think of a better spot to live. The houses are affordable and you also get a decent size yard for the kids to play in. Only 12km to the city. Easy walk to Grovely railway station or catch a bus (although buses are not direct from Arana Hills - as far as I know). State and catholic schools close by as well as shopping complexes such as Kmart plaza and Brookside shopping center. Also has plenty of takeaways and restaurants. Also has local medical center, dentist, chemists, physio, pathology, gym, video, bakery, arana leagues club and the list goes on.
