Probably the best value property in Melbourne at the moment — bar none. I lived here a couple of years ago and desperately want to move back.

Nowhere else can you get such affordable homes, nice country feel, plenty of greenery, all with a 30-minute train to the CBD.

With the new rail upgrades happening in 2025 (Sunbury direct to other cbd stations) I’d expect this area will become extremely popular very quickly.

Wish I’d bought here.

Close enough to walk to the shops, gym, sports facilities (plus the multiple walking trails) but only one road in and out, keeping things quiet and secluded.
