Crown precinct and Optus stadium just a 10min walk. Being a young professional the city and the airport really accessible and believe it or not the beach too is a short trip by car or public transport. At the top of the street you have a liquor store that’s the best in WA for wines and Neil the owner runs a wine club every Friday afternoon definitely worth checking out.
