I have lived here for around 10 yrs and I am in a quiet area between two main roads, it is close to schools and transport ( Train and Bus ) to Parramatta or Sydney and a walking distance to UNI. Light Rail is also coming through in the near future which I am sure will increase property values. On my side of the street it backs onto Vineyard Creek which adds a feeling of space and serenity. I would only sell if the price was really right as it would be hard to find a nicer place to live.
