There have always been mixed thoughts about this place. Some people love it for its peace and quiet with the abundance of greenery, whereas others might find it a bore with not that many activities to partake in especially at night. I reckon families with children would adore this cozy neighbourhood.

This place feels great with the community spirit that welcomes everyone. Old and new neighbours make one another feel at home with the family-orientedness. Schools and stores are aplenty so people of all ages would find something to do.

The beach is the main attraction and it is like a close community where students and professionals call home as the CBD and university are within reach.

The gardens and reserves are a great place to head to apart from the centres where you can sink into a lot of different cultures.

It is all about the great transportation system here which is highly accessible for work and leisure. Very family-oriented and friendly neighbours.
