Rivervale

"Central inner suburb"

I moved here about 5 years ago and it has been the best decision I've made. I'm still here and I love it. The only problem I've had was some graffiti on my front boundary wall which was cleaned and removed the very next day, no other problems. I'm only a 3 min walk to the river. So close to everything, city 5km drive, Vic Park cafe strip & shops 3 min drive, international airport 20 min drive and domestic 10 min drive. Bus outside takes me through city centre onto Kings Park or the other way straight to the airport. Can walk to the new stadium and Casino. I only fill up the car fuel every 2 weeks because I don't need to travel far to get anything. Great schools and parks, well kept. NBN fibre to the house is brilliant, Netflix 4K streamed directly to the TV. Joondalup only 20-25 min drive, just hop through the tunnel and freeway north, one road. 7 min drive to South Perth, park the car, ferry to Elizabeth Quay, nice change to go for a day in the city. Great Eastern Highway upgrade was finished ages ago and works well. The best area in Rivervale is between Francisco Street and the river.
