The new 2.4km cycleway connecting Green Square to Central, linking Waterloo has added another benefit to local residents. My neighbour sends his kids to the local Alexandria Park Community School which is K-12 and partially selective, is only 10mins walk away. Oh, btw my dog loves running around local Alexandria Park which is off leash area at all times.
