I’ve lived in Silver Sands for a while now and it’s been great! Quiet, friendly, and only a short walk to the beach. Never had any issues. You can see the area changing a bit too, with lots of homes being renovated as more young families move in. It’s a convenient spot as well, with Mandurah Forum and Lakelands Shopping Centre just a quick drive away.
