"Nice and affordable"
Peaceful and beautiful. Fourth of the street been possessed by a triangle park very few houses and duplexes around, make it a very quite street. It sits between two major roads and it does have short length, no pass through vehicles. 500 meters to river side view, 1K to railway station.
