This a great little suburb if you’re looking for somewhere to settle with the family. Up side is there are a lot of parks and it’s close to the ocean. Downside is there’s nothing here commercially. Apart from a dental practice and small family run convenience store there’s nothing not even a cafe. But I guess that’s also why the crime rates so low because it’s basically a dry zone.
