Ashgrove
"Quiet & Leafy"
Ashgrove is a very quiet suburb with plenty of schools to choose from. The Woolworths Centre and the other Coles centre add great shopping to the area. You wouldn't believe you are only 5km to the city (until you take in the magnificent city views!).
Ashgrove is very high up meaning that it is no chance of ever flooding and has proven to be a great choice for young families looking to settle down in a great neighbourly suburb.

- Best schools, shopping centres, all medical centres, sport facilities, park areas, Brisbane CBD in 7 min by car, Airport 20 Min by City Bypass.
- Great street signs, excellent footpaths for goats

"Great Palce to live and invest!"
