Bundoora is a great suburb to live in, we live off grimshaw street near plenty road and absolutely love that everything is walking distance... Great doctor, variety of shops (Coles, Safeway or aldi) , fast food choices, public transport if you need it. This suburbs gonna boom! Our house has doubled in price in 7 years. Great place to buy! And 20-25 minute drive to the city. Safe, family friendly neighborhood. P.s Never seen a "hoon" around my streets so not all of bundoora has hoons and I been here 7+ yrs.
