"A tourist town with nothing but restaurants"
You can't park near the beach most of the time as Palm Cove is seriously overdeveloped with inadequate facilities. Crowded and full of tourists. Not a local spot. Avoid if you like peace and quiet. Restaurants are good as is beach when not crowded.

Atherton is lovely but there is no work. Close to amazing waterholes and camping spots. Lovely town but zero work so a lot of bogans and unemployed.

"Planes overhead all day and most of night"
If you like planes all day and night this is the suburb for you. Dirty and nothing to do. Terrible traffic morning.

Stay away from m suburbs. Full of lower class and housing commission. Not safe. Dirty and burglaries every Night.

"Lego houses with no character"
All houses look the same and most are of poor quality. Not a part of the Northern beaches which starts at Trinity Beach. Houses so close together you can hear your neighbours sneeze. Beach is riddled with mosquitoes. Poor neighbour spirit. Only thing good is the proximity to shops.

"Overpriced and lacks character"
Has a Coles which doesn't add much value.l in my opinion. House prices on decline as people now see they can get better quality in suburbs right next to it like Kewarra Beach. Beach is not bad. Close to palm Cove.

Suburb is run down. Full of lower class. In direct flight path so very noisy. Streets dirty. Beach is only redeeming feature.
