After moving from Canterbury-Bankstown, I’m very pleased with our decision to live in Rooty Hill. The suburb feels peaceful and spacious, with plenty of parks and green spaces for the family to enjoy. We chose Rooty Hill for its safe, calm environment—ideal for bringing up our young children. Both of our children have had a positive experience at the local primary school, and walking around the neighbourhood feels safe and comfortable.

Getting to the city is straightforward with frequent trains from Rooty Hill station, and the new commuter car park makes parking very convenient. For those who drive, easy access to the M7 motorway is a plus. With friendly neighbours and good transport links alongside shops, Rooty Hill offers the perfect balance between suburban tranquillity and city convenience for families seeking a relaxed lifestyle.
